Who we are

Motionstack provides on-demand real-world human training data to AI and robotics teams. This policy explains how we handle personal data for website visitors, buyers, and contributors.

What we collect

From visitors and buyers: the details you submit in our forms, such as name, work email, company, and the dataset you are requesting. From contributors: the information needed to onboard, assign tasks, verify quality, and pay, including identity and consent records.

We collect basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal data.

How we use it

To respond to requests and demos, scope and deliver datasets, operate the contributor program, process payments, and meet legal and contractual obligations. Captured media is handled under the consent and rights framework described on our Trust page.

Consent and captured media

Everyone identifiable in a captured clip provides consent. Contributors can withdraw consent, in which case we remove the affected media and notify buyers. Captured data is stored with least-access controls and is deletable on request.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate, such as payment and hosting providers, under appropriate agreements. We disclose data where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
