Trust & rights

Procurement-grade by default.

Trust matters on both sides: it clears your procurement review, and it keeps contributors working with us. Here is how we handle consent, ownership, and provenance on every clip.

Consent first

Every contributor signs a release. Everyone identifiable in a clip consents, or the clip does not ship. Contributors can withdraw, and we remove and notify buyers.

Owned, not scraped

We own the data we license. Releases grant broad, perpetual, sublicensable rights, so the data is clean to license downstream, exclusively or non-exclusively.

Provenance & chain-of-title

Consent records and chain-of-title travel with every dataset. You get an auditable package, not a black box.

Private spaces only

We capture in private, consented settings: homes, private gardens, home studios. Never public places, where rights cannot be cleared.

Sensitive contexts, extra care

Clinical settings, minors, and other sensitive contexts get additional safeguards, or are excluded until the framework is airtight.

Secure handling

Least-access, secure storage, deletable on request. We treat data handling as a procurement requirement, not an afterthought.

What ships with a dataset

Video, per-frame motion, and labels, with optional depth, hand pose, and object masks, plus signed consent and full provenance, all in a loadable LeRobot dataset. Everything you need to put the data into a training pipeline with confidence.
